1. We will make every possible effort to despatch jigsaws within 7 working days of receipt of an order. Frequently we will achieve a faster turnaround time. However, 7 working day despatch cannot be guaranteed during either particularly busy periods (eg Christmas) or holidays (eg summer vacations).

2. We will make the best possible reproduction of submitted photographs. However we cannot make technical improvements to pictures such as removing blemishes or, in the case of digital photographs, increasing the resolution.

3. We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of original photographs while in transit to or from us with the Post Office or any other carrier. We strongly recommend that all photographs are sent to us in appropriate strong packaging to prevent creasing.

4. All orders will be sent second class with the Post Office in strong envelopes or other suitable packaging.

5. If you are not completely satisfied with the jigsaws, we guarantee a 100% refund (including the cost of return postage) once the puzzle has been returned to us.
